Reservation Procedure:
First night deposit will be due at the time of booking. Full payment of the entire stay will be required upon arrival. Attendees must identify themselves as being part of Construction Specification Institute to ensure the special rate. Deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to 4:00PM on the scheduled day of arrival.
Special group rate is $111.00 a Night and does not include lodging tax, currently at 12%.
There is an additional fee of $25.00 per room (NET) for triple occupancy and $50.00 per room (NET) for quad occupancy.
Resort Fee $10.00 per day
In addition to the special group room rate and tax, to provide the Group with a higher level of service a $10.00 per day resort service fee will be charged to each guest folio.

* Local bus service
* Complimentary valet parking
Check-in time for all groups is 4:00PM
Check-out time is 12:00PM.
***Please Note***
Tthe Hotel has a strict noise and disturbance policy on the guest floors. We want all guests to enjoy their stay; noise complaints will be taken seriously and may result in eviction without compensation after two warnings. The Hotel enforces quiet hours between 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
Extensions:
To accommodate early guest arrivals and late departures, group guest room rates will apply three (3) days prior and three (3) days following the Group’s scheduled event date. The same group guest room rates will apply for rooms in excess of the room block, based on availability. The group rate will not be available outside of the contracted room block if the Hotel has reached 85% occupancy at the time of booking.
Cutoff Date:
The Hotel will reserve the Construction Specification Institute block of rooms until 04-12-2018. Additional reservations requested after the cutoff date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
Mountaintop Facilities:
Please note that the Alyeska Ariel Tram, Seven Glaciers Restaurant and the Bore Tide Deli and Bar are not open during this time of year.
Shipping and Receiving:
The Hotel Alyeska will gladly receive the supplies necessary for any function. The shipment of such material will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. Address all materials to: The Hotel Alyeska, PO Box 249, (or physical: 1000 Arlberg Avenue), Girdwood, AK 99587. Pre-printed labels with the billing account number are required to ship return packages from the Hotel. A nominal handling fee of $5.00 per 50 lbs. (incoming & outgoing), ensures their delivery to your preferred location. Preferred methods are UPS, FedEx Air or USPS. Please do not use FedEx Ground to ship.
